So long, Texas. Hello, Louisiana

We left San Antonio TX yesterday and drove to a Harvest Host called "Snow White Sanctuary" near Vinton LA. It was a lovely setting, and filled with animals. The owners have a sanctuary retreat for animals with a vegan approach to saving animals from farm life. The horses, dogs, chickens, emu,  goats, pigs, turkeys, ducks, and maybe some we missed just wander around the farm living the good life. It was a pretty spot and we enjoyed it. From there we're heading to New Orleans for a few days to enjoy a different atmosphere!
